Elite, Platinum, Gold, Purple Levels | Spring / Summer SEASON OVERVIEW | Grades 3rd - 8th | Boys & Girls
Tryouts = Week of March 2nd / Week of March 9th
Team Selections = March 3rd / March 4th / March 5th / March 6th / Week of March 9th For Late Invitations
Start = Week of March 16th
End = Week of June 22nd (Final Tournament Will be June 27th / 28th)
Off Dates / Weeks During The Season
- Week of March 23rd | Spring Break

- Other off dates for specific teams may take place pending facility schedules. Your team calendar will reflect the most accurate activity schedule.
- LVL's goal is to align with the local school calendars and their breaks as best as possible.
Weekends of Tournament Play | Total = TBD
- All tournaments take place in the Chicagoland area and the surrounding suburbs.
- Teams will only play on one day per each weekend of tournament play (i.e. Saturday or Sunday unless otherwise noted). If a tournament has game play on a Friday night, LVL will provide this information during the first week of the season.

Number of Players Per Each Team
- All teams will have between 8 and 11 players.
- For any teams which have more than 11 players, official communication regarding the purpose of this will be provided prior to the start of the season.

Scholarships For Player Fees
- LVL does require a formal request for reduced player fees.
- For those who receive reduced player fees, you are still required to submit payment via our platform and enroll in monthly auto-payments.
- Additionally, all recipients of reduced player fees must enroll in one of LVL's payment options and submit the minimum required deposit amount of that payment option. All future installments with reduced player fees are due on LVL's standard payment calendar.
- LVL no longer provides manual invoices or adjustment of payment dates.
SEASON ACTIVITIES & WHAT YOU RECEIVE: 2026 Spring / Summer 3rd - 8th Grade SEASON
1 Weekly Team Practice / 75 to 90-minutes in length
- Team practices are strongly recommended.
1 Weekly Skills Session / 60 to 75-minutes in length
- Skill sessions are optional but encouraged
Weekend Tournament Play
- All teams will receive between 10 and 14 tournaments.
- Official tournament dates will be provided as they are confirmed.

Team Practice & Skill Session Schedule Information
- All team practice and skill schedules can be found in each team's calendar once the season has started and team rosters are set.
- All calendars are accessible via your LVL Dashboard (My Schedule) or the LeagueApps Play App.
- It is strongly encouraged that all parents download the LeagueApps Play App.
- Automated messages (messages which are not formally created by an LVL staff member) will be sent weekly via the platform for all team activities.

All team schedules are accessible via each individual's LVL dashboard and the calendar feature. All calendars include the following: practices, skill sessions, tournamnent weekends of play, and specific game times (when released).
Schedule Notes
Automated notifications / reminders will be sent weekly. These notifications are specific to your team pracitice, skill session, day of tournament play, and specific game times when released. These automated messages are generated by LVL's platform and do not directly come from a staff member.
LVL WILL BE IMPLEMENTING A NEW COMMUNICATION PROCESS AS IT PERTAINS TO SPECIFIC DAY OF PLAY & SPECIFIC GAME TIMES. THIS NEW PROCESS WILL FEATURE TEXT MESSAGING & WILL REQUIRE ALL PARTICIPANTS TO DOWNLOAD THE LEAGUE APPS PLAY APP & OPT-IN TO RECEIVE MESSAGES.
PLAYER GEAR: WHAT YOU RECEIVE WITH LVL
All gear which a player received with LVL is included in the player fees. No extra fees are charged for any gear. All gear, including game uniform, is for the player to keep.
