Josh Hill is a former collegiate basketball player and experienced youth coach who brings a well-rounded background in player development, team leadership, and mentorship to the LVL program.
Josh began his basketball journey at Bushnell University, where he played collegiately while studying Exercise Science. He went on to complete his Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Recreational Leadership at Anderson University, where he also served as an assistant coach. At Anderson, Josh was involved in all aspects of the program, player development, practice planning, and in-game strategy.
He later coached at Pacers Athletic Center, Incline Sportsplex, and Sheldon High School, working with youth and high school athletes in AAU, travel, and varsity settings. His focus has always been on skill development, especially for guards, and building a strong team culture.
Now based in Chicago, Josh has coached high school boys basketball, led small group skill sessions, and contributed to Nike and Jordan sponsored coaching events around the city. He brings a team first mindset and a passion for helping young athletes grow through the game.
